Actualisation carries out its mission via practical and innovative training and consulting measures.

Training

Training seminars are the staple of our core competencies. We have developped programs centred on communication, leadership and team-work. These trainings are available in open and customized private company formats.

Training the Trainers

Actualisation has trained hundreds of trainers and consultants with the aid of our innovative approach and methodology. Certain programs have been adopted by industry-leading organizations. We have notably trained several thousand managers at Bell Canada in Effective Leadership and Effective Communication, as well as several hundred at General Electric, Prévost Car and the Environmental Service of Montreal.

We have also conducted team strengthening seminars at the Université du Québec at Hull, at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Technology, at the City of Montreal, and in several hundred housing cooperatives (Sherbrooke, Montérégie and Victoriaville).

Consulting

Our consultants offer the following services, amongst others: individual and organizational diagnostics, human resource development plans, intervention plans in conflict management and skills-related profiling.
