• Place the interests of our clients above our own and avoid all conflict of interests
• Present our services and our expertise clearly and honestly 
• Assess the needs of our clients in a precise and objective manner and only accept engagements for which we can provide the entirety of our expertise
• Clarify information with clients in terms of deliverables, success conditions and assessment criteria
• Abstain from taking part in any activity which we judge to be contrary to our ethical code and, if it should take place, to immediately notify the parties concerned
• Regularly seek feedback from our clients concerning our services in order to ensure the continual maintenance of high quality standards via consistent amelioration and updating of skills and competencies
• Respect and take account of values, religious beliefs, political convictions and linguistic and cultural practices
