Michel Di-Lilo possesses close to ten years' experience in the area of human resource management. Assuming the mantle of training and consulting director at Actualisation's Montreal office, Michel is the holder of a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal. His thesis was written on the topic of the impact of information technology on the performance and empowerment of work teams.

Mr. Di-Lilo has accumulated wide-ranging experience as project manager, consultant and trainer. He has developed a sharpened-level of expertise in skills-related management, statistical and descriptive studies, mentoring technology-related changes and developing work teams. Over the course of the last few years, he has managed large teams and projects, created tools and procedures and conducted audits and benchmarking analyses of training and human resource systems.

Taking advantage of his vast expertise, Michel Di-Lilo excels in needs analysis and in the creation of customized effective solutions.
