Optimize teamwork and collaboration using effective supervision.

The business world never stops changing: mergers, acquisitions, increased competition, currency fluctuations. As such, your managerial skills become a determining factor in your organisation’s success. While the role of manager becomes more complex, the retirement of the baby boomer generation means that more and more employees are being promoted to managerial positions without being equipped to face these challenges. This training program teaches leaders how to develop the managerial skills needed by the modern organisation: fostering positive relationships with employees, effectively delegating work, and actively supervising. Besides providing more effective management, the proper use of these acquired tools and skills allow leaders to gain the credibility, confidence, and commitment of their teams.
