 1. RECOGNIZING HARASSEMENT AT WORK

  • Distinguish harassment, a lack of civility, and difficult interpersonal relations 

  • Determine which factors to consider when analyzing events 

  • Describe the roles and responsibilities of the employee and the organisation 

  • Understand the importance of quality interpersonal relationships in the work 

  • Recognize comfort zones and limitations 

  • Identify your responsibilities 

  • The impact of incivility 

  • Creation of a civility policy 

  • Emotions 

  • Healthy relationships (assertion, listening, etc.) 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

All managers aiming to prevent and eliminate unhealthy situations and relationships at work. All employees who want to gain awareness of the benefits of a healthy work climate.
