1. THE BASICS OF MANAGING POTENTIAL 

  • Define potential development discussions  

  • Recognize the benefits and results that potential discussions have on employees  

  • Identify the components of potential management 

  • Define the different stages of career development 

2. TOOLS

  • Familiarise yourself with and use internal tools used in potential development discussions 

  • Experiment with tools that promote potential development discussions 

3. DISCUSSION OF POTENTIAL 

  • Identify the potential discussion approach 

  • Follow the steps of potential discussions 

  • Apply effective communication techniques 

4. WORKSHOP : POTENTIAL DISCUSSION 

  • Conduct potential discussions in delicate situations
