Develop a support network of internal practitioners/trainers within your organisation

One of the most effective ways of sharing knowledge in your organisation is through the transfer of expertise from one employee to another. This type of in-house training is likely to yield several benefits in addition to being more interactive than traditional training. This training session will allow you to increase the expertise of your employees, develop your facilitation skills, and diversify your learning methods.
