The many challenges we face daily can lead to an imbalance in our lives and therefore create stress. Stress in small doses can sometimes be positive, but once a certain threshold is exceeded, the impact on your effectiveness at work and your personal life is likely to be harmful. Therefore, it is important to adopt attitudes and behaviors that make it possible to manage stress effectively.

This training session will allow you to target your sources of stress, evaluate them, manage them and develop new behaviours that will allow you to achieve balance in your personal and professional life.

3. MANAGE STRESSFUL SITUATIONS

  • Optimise your level of stress to make work more interesting

  • Measure personal sources of stress: time, money, relationships, change

  • Allow yourself sufficient leeway

4. MANAGE YOUR REACTION TO STRESS

  • Identify your usual reactions to pressure

  • Experiment with effective stress reduction methods

  • Express yourself more and inhibit less

  • Manage the physical and psychological aspects of emotions
