Manage your time, energy, and priorities in order to reach your objectives!

It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the quantify of tasks to perform and projects to complete. At the end of your work day, have you ever asked yourself:

· How can I get back on top of things?

This training session provides the essential tools to manage your priorities and energy and as a result, gain control over your time and tasks.

 1. RECOGNIZE THE PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL EFFICIENCY

  • Effectiveness principles: performance, personal satisfaction, and short-term results

  • Personal effectiveness inventory: 50 behaviours to assess my strengths and identify my issues

  • Quality time: individual, functional, and relational time

  • The five personal effectiveness principles

2. ORIENT

  • Recognise your talents, interests, and motivations

  • Choose work that corresponds to your aptitudes

  • Define your mission, values, and goals

3. PRIORITISE

  • Your highly effective activities: the Pareto principle

  • In basket activity: simulation activity to establish your priorities according to importance and urgency

4. ORGANISE

  • Work according to your daily energy rhythms

  • Identify how to help yourself begin, continue, and finish work

  • Effectively use tools to better organise your time

5. EVALUATE

  • Precisely identify the time and energy that you invest in different tasks and responsibilities

  • Base evaluations on rigourous and specific criteria
