Your role as a manager is changing rapidly. Do you want to transition from a formal boss to a motivating coach to your employees? This training session teaches you how to involve your employees in solving their own problems, notably by encouraging them to surpass themselves.

  2. Recognise the fundamentals of commitment and leadership 

  3. Discover how coaches contribute to the commitment and performance of their employees  

  4. Identify your coaching strengths and areas of improvement  

  5. Experiment with the techniques involved in each step of coaching  

  6. Develop problem solving and performance improvement skills amongst your employees

 1. KNOW YOUR SUPERVISION STYLE

  • Identify your supervision style 

  • Measure your adaptability and degree of flexibility 

2. INCREASE YOUR RANGE OF SUPERVISION STYLES

  • Develop supervision flexibility  

  • Identify the 4 key Leadership Behaviours: telling, selling, participating, and delegating 

  • Recognize the different behaviours to use for varying levels of employee development 

3. ADAPT YOUR SUPERVISION STYLE

  • Choose the appropriate supervision style according to the individual and the task 

  • Adapt your style to the readiness of the employee 

4. DEVELOP YOUR SUPERVISION SKILLS

  • Identify your strengths and develop your ability to manage people
