1. UNDERSTAND WHY TO DELEGATE

  • Develop the potential of your employees: confidence, initiative, motivation, responsibility, autonomy, versatility, etc.
  • Structure the work adequately: group and enrich the tasks
  • Make each employee a leader

2. DETERMINE WHAT TO DELEGATE AND TO WHOM

  • Distinguish between what is delegated and what is assumed
  • Determine what responsibility to give
  • Choose the appropriate person for each project

3. APPLY THE ATTITUDES AND STEPS TO DELEGATE EFFECTIVELY

  • Establish clear agreements: mandates, criteria, deadlines, etc.
  • Freedom of means and obligation of results
  • Share, promote and assume responsibility

4. EVALUATE AND SUPERVISE EMPLOYEES

  • Provide appropriate support
  • Ensure complete follow-up
