The purpose of a psychometric assessment is to provide measurable, objective data that can give you a better overall picture of a candidate's ability.

Our tests are dedicated to the following profiles:

Strategic Planning

Evaluates a candidate's ability to understand the internal and external environment of the organization in order to establish strategic orientations and propose a plan of action to solve short, medium and long-term problems. It also assesses the ability to take into consideration a large amount of information presented in different forms.

Operational Intermediate Framework

Assesses a candidate's ability to respond appropriately, in writing, to situations likely to be encountered on the job. These situations include letters, memos, and reports on topics such as budgeting, sales, or customer service.

First Level Supervisor

Assesses a candidate's ability to respond appropriately, in writing, to situations likely to be encountered on the job. These situations include letters, memos, and reports on topics such as budget, sales, or customer service.

Executive First Level

Intended for the team leader, supervisor, team leader, coordinator... working in an administrative context, responsible for the internal customer support sector.
