INTRODUCTION
This self-assessment aims to help you better understand how stress manifests in your current experience and the strategies you use to cope with it. It does not constitute a medical or psychological diagnosis and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are concerned about specific signs or situations, or if you are experiencing significant distress, it is recommended that you consult a qualified professional.
The questionnaire explores five dimensions: physical signs of stress, psychological signs of stress, stressful situations, your reactions to stress, and your attitudes toward stress.
The goal is to provide an overview of your current perception to support your reflection and personal development.
