  • Personal Effectiveness Inventory: 50 behaviors to assess strengths and identify effectiveness issues
  • Quality time: individual time, functional time, relational time
  • The 5 personal effectiveness skills

2. ORIENTER

  • Know your talents, interests and motivations
  • Choose a job that corresponds to your aptitudes
  • Define your mission, values and goals

3. PRIORITIZE

  • Plan strategically: determine what to eliminate, delegate, do or postpone
  • Plan daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly

4. ORGANIZE

  • Work according to your personal rhythm and energy curve
  • How to help yourself to take action, to continue, to finish
  • Using your organizer to get organized

5. EVALUATE

  • Know precisely the time and energy you invest in your various tasks and responsibilities
  • Base yourself on a rigorous and not approximate evaluation
