However, since we live in a constantly evolving environment where information is abundant, there are challenges in developing strategic thinking. This training provides you with an in-depth understanding of the concepts of strategic thinking in order to emerge with a toolbox that will allow you to evaluate your strategic position and develop your strategic orientations.

  • Define the concept of strategy
  • Explain the 5 Ps of strategy (plan, position, perspective, trap and pattern)
  • Strategic management
  • The fundamental components of strategic intelligence
  • Assessing yourself as a strategist

2. STRATEGIC ANALYSIS

  • Contextual pressures (increased competition, product cycle, digitalization, profitability, demographics, etc.)
  • Strategic intelligence
  • SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat)
  • The "Strategic Business Unit" model
  • Discovering strategic and innovation opportunities

3. WORKSHOPS ON YOUR COMPANY'S STRATEGY

  • Assessing your company's strategy and context
  • Develop a management model based on the context
  • Problem solving and creativity workshops using Edward de Bono's method
  • Creation of a business model using the "Business Model Canvas" approach by A. Osterwalder and Y. Prigneur
  • Creation of the organization's roadmap (a simplified graphic representation that allows for effective communication and sharing of the company's strategy)
  • Development of an action plan and implementation of the business strategy
