Impactful Manager

The study on the key competencies of strategic leadership (Harvard Business Review, 2014) highlights that the ability to anticipate, question, interpret, decide, consensus, and learn are those that when mastered and used appropriately are essential for strategic leaders. The Manager of Impact™ training incorporates a managerial training pathway targeting the skills listed above in the following five modules: self-manage, supervise, lead, coach, and mobilize. This training lasts 10 days for 2 days per month for 5 months, with each module focusing on a specific skill.
