Changes in organizations transform work habits and often functions and roles. As a manager, you are required to convey to your team a constructive vision of change and to accompany your employees through the various stages. In times of change, it is important to mobilize your employees in order to avoid resistance and to better live this period with your team.   • Identify individual room for maneuver within an organizational change
  • Act effectively according to your power of action

3. MANAGE CHANGE WITH YOUR STAFF

  • Communicate a constructive and evolving vision of change
  • Avoiding over- and under-investment
  • Develop adaptation and discernment
