Civility in the workplace

Do you know your legal obligations regarding incivility? Do you know how to respond to incivility or bullying? As an employer or employee, you have an obligation to contribute to a healthy, harassment-free environment. A work environment can quickly become harmful if inappropriate behaviours, words and gestures that harm others are kept silent. This is why awareness and knowing how to deal with incivility or harassment is crucial to working in a pleasant and respectful environment.
