2. PRACTICE THE 4 COACHING SKILLS: ADVISING, GUIDING, TRAINING, CONFRONTING

  • Advising: Helping employees solve problems related to their tasks
  • Guiding : Introducing employees to the company's objectives and values
  • Train : Help employees acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their work properly
  • Confront : Help employees to overcome their difficulties and to surpass themselves

3. INFLUENCE THE COMPANY'S CULTURE

  • Establish an action plan to apply these techniques in your work
  • Orient the company's culture towards a higher level of commitment
